Terri Sarisky Merck Sharp & Dohme Corporation

Terri Sarisky is Director of Quality Systems and Compliance for both the small molecule and consumer care line of businesses inclusive of North & Latin America, as well as Asia Pacific.  In this role she is responsible for providing both business support, along with quality compliance oversight throughout. Terri has been with Merck & Co., Inc. for over 25 years serving in various positions with diverse responsibilities. While she has worked in 4 different Merck facilities, all within the manufacturing division and based in the US, she has completed widespread travel. Terri has spent most of her career in global roles with international oversight. She has been successful in each of her roles by embracing inclusion, being globally integrated, and combining customer focus with compliance, while achieving work-life balance. Terri holds a BS in Biochemistry and a MEd in Adult Learning and Organizational Design.
