Bryan Dransart Amgen, Inc

Mr. Dransart joined Amgen in 1999 and spent twelve years in a variety of roles which included three years in Analytical Development and Characterization, and nine years in Purification Process Development. In those roles, he worked on more than seven clinical- and late-stage development programs, including development and scale-up to clinical production. For the past three years, Mr. Dransart has been a senior scientist in the Process Sciences organization at Amgen Rhode Island and has been the business process owner for Process Characterization and a subject matter expert for late-stage viral clearance studies. Most recently, Mr. Dransart served as the process team leader for a late-stage process characterization program responsible for delivering the commercial process definition for Marketing Application (MA) filings. Today, he manages a group of scientists responsible for establishing process validation criteria, the downstream in-process control strategy and executing MA-enabling viral clearance studies.
