Cass received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Pre-Med from Shippensburg University, where she competed in collegiate athletics and participated as a leader within numerous organizations. Upon graduation, Cass received numerous sales awards including Area MVP, Customer Allegiance Star Award and 100% Sales Achievement Award, for consistently outperforming her sales targets and delivering superior customer service. During her tenure, Cass was invited to the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN to train the pharma, biotech, and R&D industries on best practices for process improvement and mitigating risk. To continuously learn and share ideas with others, Cass actively participates in organizations like the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA). She contributes her success to having multiple mentors, strategically networking and communicating effectively.
