Frank has over 30 years of experience in design, construction and qualification of cGMP manufacturing facilities, industry and academic research facilities, and other technology intensive process facilities. Frank’s primary focus is working directly with clients to define their needs and develop the project scope, to implement the appropriate project delivery systems/methods, and to provide preconstruction and ongoing project oversight services throughout the duration of the project through commissioning, qualification and turn-over.
Additionally, Frank has been involved numerous major renovation project across the country including process, mechanical, structural, and utility upgrades on a verity of projects including vivariums, cGMP manufacturing, laboratory and biocontainment facilities.
