Jo Beth DeFreitas Genentech, Inc.

Ms. DeFreitas is a Quality professional with over 20 years of experience in Quality Operations and Systems. She has been with Genentech since 1991. In 2010, Ms. DeFreitas joined the Complaint Management department where she was responsible for integration of the Complaint Management processes with Roche and deployment of a new global process and IT tool. Today, she is responsible for Complaint Management for Roche in North America and Latin America.
