Judith-Anne Webster U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Judith-Anne Webster is an Analyst with the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, and Health Center of Excellence and Expertise at Customs and Border Protection. The Pharmaceutical Center goals are to facilitate the flow of legitimate pharmaceutical trade, strengthen the agency’s enforcement efforts against the illicit import and export of pharmaceuticals, and rebuild agency knowledge of industry practices. At the Center, Ms. Webster works to enhance the CBP enforcement efforts in the areas of trend analysis and targeting and collaboration with the other government agencies and the trade community.

Ms. Webster has extensive experience in trade policy and analysis in Washington DC. She started her career as Analyst with Trade and Development Agency working to promote U.S. exports to emerging economies and then spent 7 years as a Trade Analyst at the International Trade Commission, leading projects on U.S. competitiveness and AD/CVD investigations. Prior to joining CBP, Ms. Webster was an Investment Analyst for the Government of New Zealand.
