Kevin Nepveux Pfizer, Inc.

Kevin Nepveux graduated in 1980 from University of Delaware with a degree in Chemical Engineering and joined Pfizer soon after as a Production Supervisor in the Groton, Connecticut plant manufacturing Penicillin. After working in production, maintenance, and IT, he moved to Research and Development and worked on several products including Azithromycin, Cardura, and Advocin. This led to a role managing the API pilot plant which is one of the most rewarding jobs in his career. After 10 years in R&D, the next stop was Pfizer’s International Pharmaceutical Group in a production support role based in New York. This involved regular travel to Europe, South America, and Asia. More recently Mr. Nepveux has taken over leadership of Global Technology Services within Pfizer Global Supply. In partnership with Worldwide Research and Development, GTS has responsibility for new product development, technology transfer, and launches. GTS also leads major Cost Improvement programs and supports product troubleshooting issues. Our more recent initiatives are focused on developing platform technologies which will support the future needs of Pfizer Global Supply.
