Mary Cromwell Genentech, Inc.

Mary Cromwell joined Genentech in Pharmaceutical Research and Development. In 2008, she assumed the role of Associate Director of Protein Analytical Chemistry in which she led a cross-functional team to develop the control strategy using a QbD approach. As of December 2013, Mary has taken on the role of Head of Global Bio-MSAT and Packaging Development within Roche. She has been active in organizations to influence approaches toward development of pharmaceuticals, including co-founding the AAPS Focus Group on Protein Aggregation and Immunogenicity.

Mary received a B.S. in Chemistry from West Virginia University, an M.S. in Biophysical Chemistry from the University of California-Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Colorado-Denver.
