Miranda Raggio, RN

Miranda Raggio is a Senior Regulatory Project Manager within the Immediate Office in the Office of New Drugs in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research of the Food and Drug Administration. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Arts in Education from the University of Maryland, and her Bachelor or Nursing Science from the Catholic University of America. Ms. Raggio has over 11 years of experience at the FDA, seven years as a Senior Regulatory Project Manager, managing the review of Investigational New Drug Applications and New Drug Applications for the Division of Rheumatology and Pulmonary Products, and over 4 years as the CDER Breakthrough Therapy Program Manager, the position she currently holds. Prior to coming to the FDA, Ms. Raggio worked as a senior clinical oncology nurse for the Veterans Administration and as a senior clinical pediatric oncology nurse, a senior clinical research nurse, and the Deputy Director of Research Nursing for the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health.
