Sandra Cha Sifferlen, JD Eli Lilly & Company

Sandy Cha Sifferlen is Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, at Eli Lilly and Company. She counsels the global quality and manufacturing organizations. Her practice covers a broad range of manufacturing compliance and enforcement matters including: GMP and quality system requirements, field alerts, recalls, inspection readiness and response, drug shortages, anti-counterfeiting, supply chain security, distribution, packaging and FDA imports and exports. She devotes a significant amount of her time counseling clients on quality-related regulatory compliance matters and analysis of legislation and regulatory guidance. Additionally, Ms. Sifferlen has led a number of critical compliance reviews and manufacturing-related investigations around the world.

Ms. Sifferlen joined Lilly in 1995 and has over twenty two ears of legal experience in both private practice as well as corporate counsel. She received her B.A from Northwestern University and her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
