Scott Ariagno Baxter

Scott is a recognized technical leader with over 18 years of product development experience, primarily in healthcare device development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University and Masters in Engineering Management degree from Northwestern University. Scott’s leadership skills, passion for solving complex product development issues, and expertise in design for manufacturing has resulted in 14 US patents with additional patents pending. He currently manages the Delivery Device Development organization within Baxter’s Bioscience division and developed the innovative BAXJECT III reconstitution system from napkin sketch idea to successfully launched product.
