Sterling Kline IPS

Mr. Kline is a Registered Architect, Licensed Construction Contractor and Degreed Engineer. He has over forty eight years design experience, of which thirty six years has been in the pharmaceutical industry where he served in senior management roles in Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing Departments at New England Nuclear, Dupont-Merck, Dupont Pharmaceuticals, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. He also has over twelve years experience managing major architectural and engineering firms. He is currently Vice President of Strategic Planning and Design at IPS, a leading international pharmaceutical consulting firm.

Sterling’s design experience includes strategic business planning, master planning, site selection, conceptual design, detailed engineering and construction management for projects ranging up to $2B. He is a recognized expert in integrated facility design including aseptic, OSD and biologic technologies.

He is a member of ISPE has lectured frequently at industry venues as well as Rutgers University and Boston Architectural Center. He also lectures in FDA training programs on advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies.
