Vivian Bringslimark HPIS Consulting, Inc.

Vivian Bringslimark has a unique mixture of education, Life Sciences industry experience and consulting engagements enabling her to provide human performance consulting services for improving people strategies. In her current role, she partners with middle & senior level management to redesign “broken” training systems. By analyzing true root causes of human performance gaps, solutions are aligned with business objectives that improve job performance for outcomes of value (results based outputs).

She also serves on the Board of Directors for GMP Training, Education Association, Inc. as Chief Learning Officer. In this role, Vivian has brought today’s technology to the “TEA” enabling more members are able to remain active by participating in on-line events such as GIG events, webinars, and the linked in discussion group. This has resulted in an increase in member exchanges and timeliness of current and emerging trends occurring within the industry. Vivian was also instrumental in rekindling the GMP TEA’s relationship with FDA in 2011.

Vivian received her M.A. in Adult Education from Teachers College Columbia University in New York, her M.S. in Educational Computing from IONA College in New Rochelle, New York, and holds a dual B.S. in Secondary Math Education and Liberal Arts Mathematics from SUNY @ Oneonta in New York. Vivian continues to enrich her professional development as well as speaks at numerous GxP conferences and association chapter meetings.

Vivian’s core competencies are Instructional Systems Design customization to match learning needs with business needs and integration of the Quality Training System with key cross functional quality and management systems.
